Alicia is a local ceramic artist who recently decided to pursue her lifelong dream of creating art full-time. She crafts small-batch pottery inspired by the earth, the ocean, and slow coastal living. Each piece is one-of-a-kind, blending functionality and art with an organic, grounding aesthetic. Her Hawaiian and Asian roots, combined with her international experiences, influence her artistic vision and the organic forms within her work.

Her journey with clay began as a child and eventually led her to study ceramics at Cal State University Long Beach, where she deepened her skills and connection to the craft. Now based in San Diego, Alicia creates and teaches at Clayat School of Pottery, sharing her love for clay and the joy of handmade work.
