Return Policy: Please note that all sales are final. To maintain the integrity of our inventory, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to dissatisfaction with sizing, color, style, or personal preference. We encourage you to review product details thoroughly before completing your purchase.
Cancelling an Order: Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order placement. Once this window has passed, the order is entered into our fulfillment system and can no longer be modified or canceled.
Damage: Every order is packed with the utmost care to ensure safe arrival. However, if your package arrives damaged, please email a photograph of the item and packaging to hello@clayat.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist you in initiating a claim with the shipping carrier. Please be advised that damage incurred during transit is the legal responsibility of the carrier.
Stolen Packages: Upon shipment, a tracking number will be provided via email. Clayat is not responsible for packages stolen after a confirmed delivery. In the event of a missing package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a formal claim.
International Shipment: At this time, Clayat exclusively ships to domestic addresses. We do not offer international shipping services.
ONE-TIME CLASSES OR WORKSHOPS
If you notify us at least 72 hours prior to the start of class, we will issue a refund.
A 15% refund transaction fee will apply for all booking cancellations.
Missed classes will not be refunded.
We appreciate your understanding as our studio has limited spaces.
MULTI-WEEK COURSES
If you notify us at least 7 days prior to the class start date, we will issue a refund.
A 15% refund transaction fee will apply for all course cancellations.
Any missed classes will not be refunded, however, we offer make-up sessions ($50 Fee/Session) during specific open studio times. Please note that this session will not include the same level of hands-on guidance as the regular classes.
