Return Policy: You've got 30 days to return an item if needed. Send us an email, and we'll guide you through the process. While we don't cover return shipping, once we get the item back, we'll quickly refund you (minus shipping costs). Your satisfaction is our goal, and we're here to make things easier for you.
Cancelling an Order: You can cancel within 48 hours. After 48 hours, we can't cancel as we've already started with shipping process.
Damage: If your package arrives with something broken, take a photo and email us within 7 days at hello@clayat.com. We'll send a replacement. After 7 days, we can't accept replacements. We use eco-friendly packaging and accidents happen. We'll work with you however we can to get a replacement sent.
Stolen Packages: Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. Keep an eye out for it as we're not able to take responsibility for stolen packages.
International Shipment: Orders outside the USA are final sale, and we don't cover extra duty fees. If your order arrives damaged, we'll refund you because we can't guarantee a replacement.
ONE-TIME CLASSES OR WORKSHOPS
If you notify us at least 72 hours prior to the start of class, we will issue a refund.
A 10% refund transaction fee will apply for all booking cancellations.
Missed classes will not be refunded.
We appreciate your understanding as our studio has limited spaces.
5-WEEK POTTERY CLASSES
If you notify us at least 7 days prior to the class start date, we will issue a refund.
A 15% refund transaction fee will apply for all course cancellations.
If you cancel after this time frame, a 20% cancellation/refund fee will apply. Any missed classes will not be refunded, however, we will allow ONE make-up session during open studio time. Please note that this session will not include the same level of hands-on guidance as the regular classes.
